ntense color and high layer of purple tones with a slight cherry rim.
Elegant, dense nose with careful concentration. Perfect harmony of black cocoa, with slate tones of pencil lead, lively roasted coffee and cedar wood, toffee and caramel surface, with acidic black fruit of blueberries.
Good structure on the palate, with a rich and lively skeleton of noble tannins. Excellent complexity of flavors; again rough dark chocolate, lively roasted coffee sensation, warmth of soft lavender tones, fresh and pungent clove and licorice spices, with a velvety, long and very elegant finish.
